This is a very charming piece. I was told that this type of jewelry was actually made in the early part of the last century 1910-1920. It is a porcelain piece with forget me nots with leaves on a white background. The back is made of brass. There are no chips, cracks etc. and the pin itself is in working order. The back of the pin does show wear. The pin is 2 inches x1/ 1/2 inches and weighs about 3/4 of an ounce. If you have any further question, please feel free to contact me.
